Why me?
You Do Not Need To Go Through The Process Alone
-
The Special Education process can be overwhelming for anyone. As your advocate I will support and guide you through the entire process. We will prepare for meetings together. Meetings can become more efficient and effective with an experienced education professional at your side to highlight your rights and increase school accountability. You will have someone who can answer your questions along the way.
Benefits of using an Educational Advocate
-
You will have someone guiding you through the IEP process that has over 30 years of experience attending IEP meetings, someone who has written countless IEP’s, and will review all your child’s educational and medical records, which may include Neuropsychological Reports, School Evaluations, Medical Records, Progress Reports and Report Cards.
Collaboration is Key
-
I will maintain open communication with you and work to get the accommodations and the services your child needs. You are your child's best advocate, however, the paperwork and system can be overwhelming to navigate. I will work and collaborate with any and all professionals such as doctors, psychologists, therapists, family service agencies and lawyers. Collaborating together we will get your child the free appropriate public education they are entitled to.
